Welcome to the Quranic Train Game; these Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute a legal agreement between you and “Dabestaniha” and govern your use of the content provided in the application.

By using this application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the application.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Your personal information is collected and processed only to provide services and improve your user experience. Dear friends, maintaining your registration information in the “Quranic Train” application is important to us and it will not be misused for political or economic purposes in any way.

Children and Family Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children, and it is assumed that their parents have knowingly installed the app, completed the user information, and then provided the app to their children. If you believe that your child has accidentally provided us with their information, please let us know so that we can remove it from our service.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content in the app, including games, stories, images, music, and other content, belongs to “Dabestaniha” and is protected by intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized use of this content, including copying, distribution, and modification, is prohibited and may result in legal action.

License and Access

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to access and use the app and its content. This license may be revoked at any time and for any reason. You are only authorized to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes and may not copy, distribute, or modify the content of the app. You must also not use any software or method to gain unauthorized access to the App’s content.

Free Services and Subscriptions

Some of the content is provided to free users. To access more content, you will need to make an in-app purchase or subscription. Subscribed users will have access to all of the App’s content and by paying the subscription fees, they agree to accept the terms and conditions of the selected payment method. Please note that subscription fees may change in the future and you will be notified of such changes via an in-app notification.

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for providing and maintaining all equipment necessary to access the App. You are also responsible for any costs associated with the Internet and equipment. We are not responsible for any damages resulting from the use of the App and no refunds will be made if the App is inaccessible due to your system being incompatible. You must also ensure that you and other users are of appropriate age and ability to use the App.

Limitation of Liability

You use the App at your own risk and we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of it. In no event will our liability exceed the amount you have paid for it during the previous 12 months. We make no warranties as to the performance, accuracy, or reliability of the App. We also will not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the App.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to change the Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and your use of the App following such changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes. You are responsible for regularly reviewing the Terms of Use and should be aware of any changes. If you do not agree to any new changes, your only option is to stop using the App.

Miscellaneous

حریم خصوصی کودکان و خانواده

ما آگاهانه اطلاعات شناسایی را از کودکان دریافت نمی کنیم و فرض بر آنست که والدین ایشان برنامه را آگاهانه نصب کرده و اطلاعات کاربری را تکمیل و سپس برنامه را در اختیار فرزندان قرار داده اند. در صورتی که فکر می‌کنید فرزندتان اطلاعات خود را اتفاقی در اختیار ما گذاشته است، آنرا با ما در میان بگذارید تا از سرویس خود حذف کنیم.

حقوق مالکیت معنوی

تمام محتوای موجود در اپلیکیشن، شامل بازی‌ها، داستان‌ها، تصاویر، موسیقی، و دیگر محتوا، متعلق به «دبستانی ها» است و تحت قوانین حقوقی مربوط به مالکیت معنوی محافظت می‌شود. هرگونه استفاده غیرمجاز از این محتوا، شامل کپی‌برداری، توزیع، و تغییر، ممنوع است و می‌تواند منجر به اقدامات قانونی شود.

مجوز و دسترسی

شما مجوز غیر انحصاری، غیرقابل انتقال، و محدود برای دسترسی و استفاده از اپلیکیشن و محتوای آن را دارید. این مجوز ممکن است در هر زمان و به هر دلیلی لغو شود. شما تنها مجاز به استفاده از اپلیکیشن برای مقاصد شخصی و غیر تجاری هستید و نمی‌توانید محتوای اپلیکیشن را کپی، توزیع، یا تغییر دهید. همچنین، شما نباید از هیچگونه نرم‌افزار یا روشی برای دسترسی غیرمجاز به محتوای اپلیکیشن استفاده کنید.

خدمات رایگان و اشتراک

بخشی از محتوا به کاربران رایگان ارائه می‌شود. برای دسترسی به محتوای بیشتر، نیاز به خرید درون‌برنامه‌ای یا اشتراک دارید. کاربران اشتراکی به تمام محتوای اپلیکیشن دسترسی خواهند داشت و با پرداخت هزینه‌های اشتراک، موافقت می‌کنند که شرایط و ضوابط مربوط به روش پرداخت انتخابی را بپذیرند. لطفاً توجه داشته باشید که هزینه‌های اشتراک ممکن است در آینده تغییر کند و شما از طریق اطلاع‌رسانی در اپلیکیشن از این تغییرات مطلع خواهید شد.

شما مسئول تامین و نگهداری تمام تجهیزات لازم برای دسترسی به اپلیکیشن هستید. همچنین، شما مسئولیت هرگونه هزینه مرتبط با اینترنت و تجهیزات را بر عهده دارید. ما مسئولیتی در قبال آسیب‌های ناشی از استفاده از اپلیکیشن نداریم و در صورت عدم دسترسی به اپلیکیشن به دلیل عدم تطابق سیستم شما، هیچ‌گونه بازپرداختی انجام نخواهد شد. همچنین، شما باید از مناسب بودن سن و توانایی‌های خود و دیگر کاربران برای استفاده از اپلیکیشن اطمینان حاصل کنید.

استفاده از اپلیکیشن به عهده شماست و ما هیچ‌گونه مسئولیتی در قبال آسیب‌های ناشی از استفاده از آن نداریم. در هیچ شرایطی مسئولیت ما از مبلغی که شما در طی ۱۲ ماه گذشته پرداخت کرده‌اید، بیشتر نخواهد بود. ما هیچ‌گونه ضمانتی در خصوص عملکرد، دقت، یا قابلیت اطمینان اپلیکیشن نمی‌دهیم. همچنین، ما هیچ مسئولیتی در قبال خسارت‌های مستقیم، غیرمستقیم، یا تبعی ناشی از استفاده یا عدم توانایی در استفاده از اپلیکیشن نخواهیم داشت.

تغییرات در شرایط

ما حق داریم در هر زمان شرایط استفاده را تغییر دهیم. تغییرات در وب‌سایت ما منتشر خواهد شد و استفاده شما از اپلیکیشن پس از تغییرات به معنای پذیرش این تغییرات است. شما مسئول بررسی منظم شرایط استفاده هستید و باید از تغییرات آگاه باشید. در صورتی که با تغییرات جدید موافق نیستید، تنها گزینه شما متوقف کردن استفاده از اپلیکیشن است.
